Who we are

GABZ is a translation app operated by King's Edge Media, LLC ("GABZ", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use GABZ and how it's used.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you sign in or subscribe. Used solely to identify your account and send sign-in links or billing receipts.
• Translation content — text, voice recordings, or photos you submit for translation. These are sent to Google Cloud's translation services to produce your result and are not permanently stored by GABZ.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. GABZ never sees or stores your card details.
• A device identifier — a random ID stored in a cookie, used only to apply the free plan's daily voice-translation limit. It does not identify you personally.
• Basic usage data — how many spoken translations you've used today, and your subscription status, so the app can enforce plan limits correctly.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run GABZ, each only for the specific job listed:

• Google Cloud — translation, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and photo text recognition
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Resend — delivering sign-in link emails
• Cloudflare — hosting and app infrastructure

We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep data

Account information is kept as long as your account exists. Translation content you submit is processed and returned to you — it is not retained by GABZ afterward. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact below).

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request that it be deleted, by contacting us using the email below. If you subscribed, canceling your subscription does not delete your account — email us if you'd like your account removed entirely.

Children

GABZ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

International use

GABZ is used by travelers around the world. Your information may be processed on servers located in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
